Designed to naturally support and promote rest and relaxation, all of our essential oils can be used in steam inhalations, diffusers, compresses and within homemade product recipes. Putting self-care first can be difficult at times, with this in mind we’ve created our Beginner Aromatherapy 3 Pack to offer a natural solution to help rejuvenate inside and out.

Tea Tree Oil:  Our lovely Tea Tree Oil is steam distilled from the leaves of Melaleuca alternifolia, a small tree native to Australia – where we source this oil from. Tea Tree is highly antiseptic, anti-bacterial, and anti-fungal. Consequently, it used in many different ways and is probably one of the most well-known essential oils around. This oil has a warm, spicy, camphoraceous aroma.

Bulgarian Lavender Essential Oil: Our lovely Lavender essential oil is a staple in aromatherapy and is possibly one of the best-known essential oils! This Lavender Bulgarian has an herbaceous, floral and sweet aroma, and is an extremely soothing essential oil and is commonly used to help balance the emotions, aid sleep, and soothe irritability. This oil also has many great skin benefits and is especially suited to sensitive skin.  This oil is steam distilled from the freshly cut flowering tops of the Lavender. Lavender Bulgarian essential oil is naturally antibacterial and soothing to the skin making it popular popular for use in skincare, body-care, and relaxing bath-time blends.

Eucalyptus Essential Oil: Our best-selling Eucalyptus Globulus is a wonderfully clearing essential oil, mostly known for its ability to help offer relieve when suffering from colds and chills. Aborigines refer to the plant as ‘Kino’ and bind the Eucalyptus leaves to serious wounds to help the healing process. In addition, Eucalyptus has uplifting and refreshing properties that can help to clear the mind and aid concentration.

How to use

Add 5 drops your chosen blend to an ultrasonic diffuser to create a supportive environment, or simply add a couple of drops to a tissue and inhale for instant relief.
