The Cedarwood is a large evergreen conifer that grows to a height of up to 50 meters. It has needle like leaves and brown cones. The oil is distilled from the saw dust or stumps of the Atlas Cedar tree. One of the more masculine essential oils with a soothing and calming aroma.
Cedarwood’s cleansing, deodorising and insect-repellent properties make it a very useful oil for burning or diffusing. It can also be used as part of a massage oil blend.

How to use
FOR MEN: Create a light, aftershave facial oil by adding 1 drop of Cedarwood, 2 drops of Patchouli and 2 drops of Bergamot to 15ml of Jojoba oil.
ROOM FRAGRANCE: Cedarwood’s cleansing, deodorising and insect-repellent properties make it a very useful oil for burning or diffusing. Blend well with any of the citrus oils.
HAIR and SCALP: To help improve the condition of the scalp and encourage healthy hair, add 3 drops each of Cedarwood and Rosemary to 10ml of Coconut oil (or 5ml Coconut and 5ml Wheatgerm for very dry hair) and massage thoroughly into the scalp. Leave for as long as possible before shampooing out.
