DIY TIP – Blend 5 drops with 10ml of carrier oil (like Sweet Almond Oil), massage into the head, neck and shoulders to help induce peace and calm.

ROOM FRAGRANCE – Add up to 6 drops of the blend to an essential oil diffuser to create an atmosphere of tranquillity.
